  HEALTH is WEALTH- between exams, papers and maintaining an active social life , many collage student feel that they cant really find the time to keep up on their personal health and wellness until an illness hold and stop them from their track. it is very difficult for a student to get away from the junk food. in other word to lead a healthy life, a person must be fit and fine both physically and mentally. if you are constantly eating junk food yet you do not have any disease, it does not means that you are healthy.therefore to to actually live and not merely survive ,you need to have the basic essentials that make up for healthy lifestyles.

Some tips to be fit and healthy:
  • Eat breakfast daily.
  • Keep healthy snacks around.
  • Drink water regularly.
  • Limit sugary and caffeinated beverages.
  • Try to eat fruits and veggies.
  • Limit junk food.
  • Don't skip meal.
Moreover, a healthy lifestyle will push you to do better life and motivate you to achieve higher targets. it usually happens that people who are extremely wealthy in terms of money often lack good health.
